Don't trust what you see in this video. Mrs Ford does not care about the vulnerable patients. Too many people kill themselves while under services due to unprofessional and uncaring members of staff. RWS, nurses and therapists make too many mistakes and inaccuracies in medical records. One nurse copied and pasted another patient information in my referral. I met some rude and racist doctors. Services fail their duty of care and simply move you to one service to another and you spend years waiting to get a treatment. The Crisis Line will tell you to have a tea, a bath or go for a walk (enven in the middle of the night). The Trust does have some amazing clinicians but there are only a few. You cannot trust these professionals as too many lie to you and on your medical records. Don't bother contacting them if you feel suicidal, they won't even return your call or believe you.

I witnessed terrible abuse of patients in a ward by so called psychiatric nurses. I reported it to the hospital and they got defensive about it and got their security to threaten me. I stood up for myself and they sent the police around to my home to threaten me.
